I lived through all that and know who the people are and what they were about, but the only video I’ve seen of those is the David Hoffman with the civil rights leaders, which is really interesting. It’ll take me a while to watch them all, but I definitely will. I’m always astonished, and disappointed, watching old interviews because the level of education, knowledge, being articulate and thoughtful and serious was so much higher than it is now. What passes for intelligent discourse now is such trash.
